What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Drive sales of capital and consumable products addressing respiratory surgical complications to hospital operating rooms and C‑Suite personnel
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies while maintaining accurate forecasts for the territory
  • Identify and nurture customer relationships, addressing their product needs and inquiries
  • Collaborate with regionally aligned field sales teams to achieve target sales goals
  • Conduct post‑sales activities, including product education and ongoing customer support
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 6+ years of field sales experience, or
  • Associate’s Degree AND 4+ years of field sales experience, or
  • Bachelor’s Degree AND 2+ years of field sales experience
  • Proven sales success in capital equipment and/or consumables within the medical field
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • 5+ years of sales experience in medical devices or medical capital
  • Experience selling in the acute care hospital operating room environment
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and medical sales arena
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on client interaction
  • Ability to quickly compile contracts with supporting financial business cases
