What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Support the creation and execution of strategies for Broker Distribution to meet sales and retention goals
  • Build and strengthen relationships with brokers to drive sales and enhance brand presence
  • Conduct a predetermined number of broker meetings weekly to foster partnerships
  • Drive a pipeline of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) monthly
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment on deliverables and broker relationships
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 5+ years of experience in group benefits sales with established broker marketplace presence
  • College degree in business management, finance, risk management, or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to analyze data from various sources to support strategic decisions
  • High degree of integrity and transparency in professional conduct
  • Self-awareness and a commitment to continuous improvement in performance
