• Develop and implement sales strategies while leading Regional Sales Managers and the Inside Sales team
• Conduct market research to identify sales growth opportunities and competitive positioning
• Build and maintain high-level relationships with Key Accounts to drive revenue growth
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and customer needs
• Educate and mentor sales teams on value-based selling of surge protection products

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or applicable experience in technical electrical sales
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical electrical sales, particularly with surge protection or switch gear
• Proven experience leading sales teams and driving revenue growth
• Proficiency in CRM platforms, such as Salesforce
• Ability to travel up to 50% throughout the US and Canadian markets

• Previous experience in surge protection or switch gear sales
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to guide customers towards solutions
• Familiarity with sales analytics tools
• Experience in navigating construction project sites
• Valid driver’s license
