What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executive clients, managing 20 to 30 member relationships
  • Participate in account planning and engage members throughout the lifecycle, from pre-sale to renewal
  • Execute workshops and breakout sessions during annual Sales Forums
  • Support sales efforts through prospect cultivation and account development activities
  • Facilitate member participation in research studies, workshops, and webinars
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • A university graduate (Masters preferred) with over 10 years of experience as a senior sales leader (CSO/SVP/EVP, CRO/CCO)
  • Proven experience managing a sales organization with a minimum addressable revenue base of $1 billion and a headcount of at least 500
  • In-depth understanding of sales functions, strategies, and the alignment of business, marketing, and sales
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to provide actionable, outcome-based business advice
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, particularly with C-level executives
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience as a Gartner client
  • Energetic and sales-savvy with a strong collaborative spirit
  • Proven ability to lead and manage in ambiguous situations
  • Strong time/project management skills
  • Familiarity with metrics used in sales performance evaluation
