Our client is a global market leader within electrical products for Commercial, Residential and Industrial Buildings, the range is huge and includes Commercial Distribution, Lighting Connection & Controls, Wiring Accessories and Building Automation.
Due to expansion our client is looking to recruit a Specification focused Sales professional for the Midlands region (strong access to Birmingham required)
Your role is working purely on the Commercial Distribution board range of products. This is a Field/Home based role covering the East & West Midlands, your customer base is a mix of M&E Consultants both small and large, if you have sold to Specifiers/M&E Consultants and have field sales experience within the Electrical sector and would like to know more then read on!!
The Role:- Selling the company's manufactured range Commercial Distribution Boards.
- Your role is field/home based covering the East and West Midlands (with strong access to Birmingham required)
- Projects are typically Multi Residential Buildings, The Education Sector, Schools, Universities, Student Accommodation, Office Buildings, Industrial Sites and some Office Fit Out Businesses.
- The target customer base is huge and will be M&E Consultant focused
- You will be getting the product specified and then working very closely with the Area Sales Managers who look after the M&E Contractors
- On patch you have circa 75 accounts with around 25-30 regular spending accounts
- With a hugely successful area you will walking into a very busy market and customer base.

- You must have specification experience related to the Electrical sector, our client is flexible on product experience but you must have that electrical product and specification experience.
- Must have great access to Birmingham
- Has sold to/dealt with M&E Consultants
- An excellent relationship builder and not afraid of opening new doors when required
