An outstanding opportunity to commence a long-term career in Financial Services becoming a full time, fully employed, CII qualified Mortgage & Protection Adviser working for one of the UK’s leading mortgage providers, with home-based working once you have completed your first 16 weeks of office-based training.

Job Title: Trainee Mortgage Adviser

• Contact customers, secure appointments, and progress mortgage and protection applications; the Adviser Support Teams handle these tasks, allowing you to focus on quality advice and sales.
• Telephone-based role requiring articulation, engagement, and motivation to write in excess of 16 mortgages with protection each month.
• Maintain a professional, disciplined, and organised approach to work and deliver excellent customer service.

• Enhanced Salary & Guarantee Structure: During the first 16 weeks of training, a basic salary plus guaranteed commission to £30K per annum.
• From month 4 to month 6, basic salary plus guaranteed commission to £30K per annum.
• From month 7 to month 10, basic salary plus guaranteed commission to £32.5K per annum.
• From month 10 to month 16, basic salary plus guaranteed commission to £35K per annum.
• From month 17, £25.5K basic salary plus unlimited commission, with a realistic OTE of £45K+.

Contract: Full-time, permanent, employed role.

• Initially office-based for the first 11 weeks of training at the Academy Centre, Warmington (Peterborough) with free onsite parking.
• Remaining 5 weeks conducted remotely; remote working continues once qualified.
• Working hours during training: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday; availability for the full 16 weeks with no planned holidays.
• Post-training hours may include a mix of 9:00 AM–6:00 PM and 11:00 AM–8:00 PM, Monday to Friday. No weekend work required.

• Post-training salary includes guaranteed additional monthly commission with tiered increases over the following 12 months; realistic OTE of £50K+ in the second full year, plus benefits and promotional tiers.
• CF1 & CF6:
  Full financial support provided to gain the CF1 & CF6 qualifications, including study materials and exam entry costs paid for.

• Candidates with a strong desire to forge a long-term career in Financial Services and a demonstrable track record in customer service and sales.
• Strong desire to pursue a career in Financial Services as a fully CII qualified Mortgage and Protection Adviser.
• Articulate, engaging, motivated, disciplined, and well-organised.

• A strong desire to work within the Financial Services industry, particularly mortgages and protection.
• A strong track record in customer service and sales.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with outstanding communication and listening skills, and the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Organised, with a disciplined and structured approach to work.
• Highly competent IT user, including Excel, Word and Outlook.

Please note: You are required to attend 11 weeks of office-based training in Warmington (Peterborough) followed by 5 weeks remote training. Holiday is not permitted during the training period.
