The RoleReady to be part of something different? Further East () is hosting an Asia event in Seminyak, Bali. This is not a traditional trade show but a carefully curated environment where meaningful business happens beach-side, face to face. We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to help shape our flagship Asia event. You will be front and centre, securing exhibitors who believe in doing business differently.

- Lead Generation:
Source prospective new exhibitors to significantly increase the number of leads in the database, through innovative sourcing methods, networking efforts and cold outbound prospecting. - Qualification Processing:
Ensure timely processing and response to exhibitor enquiries, maintaining an active and relevant database of clients. - Sales Conversion:
Convert qualified leads into confirmed sales, through cold outreach, personalised engagement and follow-up. - Customer Retention and Relationships:
Maintain high levels of customer retention, increasing retention rate YoY through strong account management. Plan and implement calls and international sales trips to develop client relationships, convert sales and maximise market research. Market Research:
Attend competitor events to stay updated on industry trends, identify potential clients, and network with existing clients to support revenue targets. - Sales Strategy:
Assist in developing and implementing the exhibitor sales strategy as defined in the annual event business plan. Revenue Strategy:
Proactively sell additional delegate badges and event upgrades, to generate revenue and achieve annual revenue targets. Achieve annual exhibitor figures and monthly exhibitor targets set by the Event Manager. - Reporting:
Produce and present weekly, monthly, and other regular reports to track progress and performance against sales targets. - Database Management:
Administer the online system for exhibitor registrations, ensuring accurate data input and facilitating appointment matching. - Event Logistics:
Oversee the day-to-day management of the exhibitor supply chain, including hotels and appointed DMCs (Destination Management Company), and liaise with exhibitors and buyers during the event. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, including the Buyer team, marketing, operations, and event management, to ensure alignment on event goals, seamless delivery, and an exceptional experience for exhibitors and buyers.
- Previous experience (minimum 1-2 years) in luxury travel, hotel sales or event sales.
- Proven success in delivering targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Specific industry and market knowledge advantageous.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Certain, or other CRM/Event Management systems preferred.
- Passion for luxury hospitality/travel and strong salesmanship qualities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and resolve problems efficiently.
- Proactive and innovative thinker with a track record of meeting targets individually and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel extensively and globally as required.
- Proficiency in email applications, diary management, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills.
- Comfortable communicating and selling to people at very senior levels within client organisations
- Willingness to travel and capacity to work flexible hours as required on-site and when travelling.

Position Type:
Permanent, with a 4-day working week. Our hybrid model includes 3 days in the office (Shepherd s Bush), 1 day working from home, and every Friday as a non-working day.
