Requirements

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join its growing team. This role is ideal for someone with confidence, energy, and a passion for helping businesses elevate their brand and talent strategies. The SDR will combine business development with recruitment marketing expertise, driving new opportunities and building strong client relationships.

The role is fast-paced and requires a self-starter who thrives in a results-driven environment, is ambitious, and backs themselves to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients, presenting Bold’s branding and recruitment marketing services.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities, generating new business leads.
  • Conduct discovery calls and meetings to understand client needs and goals.
  • Present tailored branding and digital solutions that match client requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with internal creative and strategy teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business development activity in CRM systems.
  • Represent Bold’s brand with energy, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
