Are you an energetic, self-driven salesperson who loves meeting new people and turning opportunities into income? Big Bob’s Flooring is expanding our outside sales team and looking for motivated individuals to join a fast-growing local company with over 30 years of success in Colorado Springs.
We’re building a team of independent sales representatives (1099) who will help grow both our residential and commercial divisions
—from homeowners and property managers to general contractors and designers.
- Generate new business through networking, cold calls, and site visits
- Meet with clients to discuss flooring needs and present product options
- Take measurements and relay project info for estimating
- Work closely with our in-house estimating and installation team to deliver quotes
- Follow up with leads and manage your own pipeline to close deals
- Represent Big Bob’s professionally in the field and community
- Established local brand and marketing support
- Access to showroom samples, product catalogs, and estimating tools
- Quoting and back‑office support (you sell, we price and install)
- Mentorship and ongoing sales training from our Sales Manager
- Freedom to set your own schedule and grow your own client base
This is a commission-based opportunity with unlimited earning potential
. Compensation is directly tied to performance and paid on completed projects. Specific payout details and incentives will be reviewed during onboarding.
- Previous sales experience (flooring, construction, home improvement, or B2B preferred)
- Comfortable networking and prospecting independently
- Professional, organized, and results-driven
- Reliable transportation and smartphone
- Strong communication and follow-through skills
- Contract / 1099 (W‑2 option available after performance review)
