Outside Sales Representative – Commission Only, Flexible Schedule

Company: Big Bob’s Flooring | Colorado Springs, CO

Are you an energetic, self-driven salesperson who loves meeting new people and turning opportunities into income? Big Bob’s Flooring is expanding our outside sales team and looking for motivated individuals to join a fast-growing local company with over 30 years of success in Colorado Springs.

We’re building a team of independent sales representatives (1099) who will help grow both our residential and commercial divisions
—from homeowners and property managers to general contractors and designers.

What You’ll Do
  • Generate new business through networking, cold calls, and site visits
  • Meet with clients to discuss flooring needs and present product options
  • Take measurements and relay project info for estimating
  • Work closely with our in-house estimating and installation team to deliver quotes
  • Follow up with leads and manage your own pipeline to close deals
  • Represent Big Bob’s professionally in the field and community

Compensation

This is a commission-based opportunity with unlimited earning potential
. Compensation is directly tied to performance and paid on completed projects. Specific payout details and incentives will be reviewed during onboarding.

  • Previous sales experience (flooring, construction, home improvement, or B2B preferred)
  • Comfortable networking and prospecting independently
  • Professional, organized, and results-driven
  • Reliable transportation and smartphone
  • Strong communication and follow-through skills
