Overview

Hibu is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to sell digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model. The candidate will develop their own book of business, work with small businesses, and earn uncapped commissions, residual commissions, and a base salary.

Compensation

Base Salary: $56,000–$110,000 USD (Year 1 total on-target earnings around $93,000 with ability to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses.)
Year 2 earnings: $106,000–125,000 with additional bonuses.

Responsibilities
  • Selling digital marketing solutions including websites, search ads, display ads, reviews & reputation management, social ads, and SEO.
  • Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct needs assessments.
  • Building strong client relationships and managing accounts to retain clients and earn residual commissions.
  • Performing virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
  • Managing a book of business and growing it year over year.
