Job SummaryWe are looking for top‑performing sales professionals who can close high‑ticket deals (>$10k). You will handle inbound scheduled calls generated by our marketing efforts, follow the WFS proprietary selling framework, manage your pipeline, and maximize revenue. The role is fully remote, offers an independent schedule, and provides high‑quality leads, a short sales cycle, and comprehensive training.

- Follow the WFS proprietary selling framework to move leads through the sales process.
- Conduct deep, question‑led discovery conversations to uncover challenges and create urgency.
- Build and maintain consultative relationships with leads.
- Provide persuasive Zoom sales presentations highlighting key benefits.
- Achieve or exceed sales quotas and targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for a seamless process.
- Display WFS core values to contribute to a high‑performance culture.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in high‑ticket or consultative sales with a proven closing record.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
