• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, managing relationships and providing clinical/technical support
• Conduct sales calls to promote and sell Medtronic's CA Solutions products and services
• Implement and achieve quarterly sales plans and objectives
• Complete administrative reporting tasks including expense reports and market intelligence
• Educate customers on product offerings, changes, and safety information to drive incremental business

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 8+ years' experience
• OR associate's degree AND 6+ years' experience
• OR bachelor's degree AND 4+ years' experience
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive to multiple accounts within the territory
• Demonstrated experience in managing customer relationships and sales processes

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience and 1 year in Medical Device Sales
• 3+ years of TDS experience and 1 year in Medical Device Sales
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment
