Future Remote Inside Sales Representative

Pay Details- Base Salary: $45,000 per annum (with opportunity for growth and commission).
- Average first-year earnings: $55,000 – $75,000 (base salary + commission).
- Top performers may earn up to $85,000+.

Inbound Sales Representative handling inbound calls, warm leads, consulting potential and existing policyholders on insurance needs, matching correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.
All Inbound Sales Representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license. If you do not have one, paid training includes licensing.
Training- Training duration: 16 weeks for licensed hires; 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.

Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time. Example 11 am‑8 pm (CST). This schedule can be expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift.
Equipment & Remote Requirements- All computer equipment is provided.
- Maintain a professional workspace/room with a dedicated desk and high‑speed internet (minimum 100 MBps download, 20 MBps upload).
- Satellite and mobile internet are not supported.
- 2‑3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years sales/service experience required.
- Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
- Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
- Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
- Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
- Property and Casualty license required after hire.
