💼 Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Build the Process, Not Just the Pipeline

We're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who doesn’t just follow a script — but helps write it. This is an early‑stage, high‑impact role where you’ll develop the prospecting workflow, test outreach strategies, and build the sales engine alongside the General Manager.

You’ll identify prospects across the U.S., Mexico, Puerto Rico, and Colombia, qualify opportunities, and open doors with EPCs, developers, and solar companies. If you're organized, autonomous, and hungry to help design and execute a commercial playbook from scratch, this role is for you.

Tasks

🎯 Your Main Responsibilities

  • Design and execute your own outreach workflow — from prospecting to booking
  • Research and qualify inbound and outbound leads using Linked In, email, and calls
  • Build and manage a pipeline of solar EPCs, installers, and decision‑makers
  • Collaborate with marketing to test and improve messaging and targeting
  • Track activity and performance in Hub Spot; suggest improvements to sales operations
  • Support development of our first sales playbook: cadences, scripts, KPIs, and reports
Requirements

🧠 What We’re Looking For

Education & Background

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or similar
  • 1–3 years in outbound sales, business development, or commercial roles

Experience & Skills

  • Strong written and spoken English (C1)
  • Advanced use of CRM tools (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce)
  • Experience with lead qualification, outbound campaigns, or Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
  • Excellent communication, research, and negotiation skills
  • Autonomous, structured, and proactive — able to create your own systems and workflows
