• Develop and execute sales strategy while leading Regional Sales Managers and the Inside Sales team
• Conduct market research to identify sales growth opportunities and understand competitive markets
• Build and maintain high-level relationships with Key Accounts across the U.S. and Canada
• Drive revenue growth through job sites, end users, panel shops, contractors, and installers
• Educate and mentor sales teams on application and value-based selling of electrical protection products

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or applicable experience in technical electrical sales
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical electrical sales, preferably in surge protection or switch gear
• Proven experience leading outside and inside sales teams
• Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time throughout the U.S. and Canadian markets

• Previous experience in surge protection or switch gear sales
• Strong value-based selling skills and interpersonal negotiation abilities
• Familiarity with engineering workshops and job site surveys
• Experience working with contractors, panel shops, and OEMs
• Ability to navigate construction project sites with a valid driver's license
