• Develop and execute sales strategies while leading the Regional Sales Managers and Inside Sales team
• Conduct market research to identify sales growth opportunities and understand competitive landscapes
• Foster high-level relationships with Key Accounts and collaborate with various teams to drive revenue growth
• Negotiate and manage high-level contracts for Key Accounts
• Educate and mentor sales teams on application and value-based selling of ERICO Surge Products

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or applicable experience in technical electrical sales
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical electrical sales, particularly in surge protection or switch gear
• Proven experience leading both outside and inside sales teams
• Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time throughout the U.S. and Canada, including overnight trips

• Experience with surge protection or switch gear sales
• Strong value-based selling skills and interpersonal skills for effective customer negotiations
• Experience navigating construction project sites
• Familiarity with local Agent and distribution market training initiatives
