We are seeking a dynamic Sales Director to oversee and drive sales operations in the Southwest region. This is a full-time and home office based. The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, building and maintaining relationships with key customers, and driving business development in the assigned territory. This role requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to achieve growth objectives and maintain Eggland’s Best’s position as the top choice for high-quality eggs.
Qualifications- Proven expertise in Sales, Sales Operations, and Business Development to drive revenue growth and market share.
- Strong background in Customer Service and relationship management to build and sustain partnerships with key clients.
- Demonstrated ability in Team Leadership and Management to lead and develop a results-driven sales team.
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in leveraging market insights to inform decision-making.
- Experience utilizing syndicated and customer data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience with in the food industry or a similar sector is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within the Southwest region to meet business objectives.
