Responsibilities
  • Generate new business by identifying and converting leads to the employer's providers through calls and virtual meetings
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for doctors using digital platforms
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and utilize sales tools to achieve targets
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support product launches and educational initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with a minimum of 5+ years of sales experience in high-growth corporate markets
  • Prior sales experience with orthodontists and dentists as the principal point of contact
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate active listening and consultative sales techniques
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the dental or orthodontic industry
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Familiarity with industry trends and competitor activities
  • Experience conducting virtual sales presentations
  • Strong networking skills within the dental community
