We are seeking a Catering Sales Manager to join our team! You’ll be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless, high-quality events. Pay and Level will be decided based on the person's experience.

• Generate new leads while working with the event planner and venues
• Take ownership and manage incoming client inquiries
• Coordinate and lead tastings, site visits, and virtual planning meetings with clients.
• Create customized proposals and contracts, and workflow documents for kitchen and service teams.
• Identify and pursue new catering opportunities, including office lunches, corporate events, weddings, and private celebrations.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Must be familiar with Indian regional cuisine.
• Proven experience in catering, hotel, or event sales is preferred but not required.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write polished client and sales emails.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with an eye for detail.
• We expect mostly work-from-home, but regular onsite client visits and event presence are required.
