Regional Sales Manager

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Sales Manager, based in Miami, FL, with flexibility for some work-from-home. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales initiatives across a defined territory, drive revenue growth, and develop strong relationships with healthcare providers. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing and mentoring sales teams, achieving sales targets, preparing performance reports, fostering partnerships, and staying updated on industry trends and product knowledge.

• Strong sales skills including account management, business development, and negotiating sales contracts
• Proficiency in team management, coaching, and leadership
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities with healthcare providers and stakeholders
• Knowledge of healthcare technology solutions, biologic products, or advanced wound care practices is a plus
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
• Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed
