Location: Scottsdale, AZ (4 days on-site, Friday Flex at home)

Role Overview:
As a Sales Setter, you will play a critical role in our high-performing sales team, driving engagement with potential clients and scheduling calls for our Closers. This is a high-volume, outbound sales role that requires an empathetic, energetic, and ambitious individual who can connect with people and inspire action.
You’ll work closely with our sales leaders, including Bill and Jeremy, and be trained to become an integral part of our sales process, learning the ins and outs of how we serve people and support them in their journey of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Conduct high-volume outbound sales activity (120–150 dials/day) to engage potential clients.
- Qualifying Leads: Qualify high-potential leads by understanding their pain points and guiding them toward the appropriate solutions.
- Setting Appointments: Book and manage appointments with decision-makers for our Closers to convert.
- Collaboration with Closers: Work hand-in-hand with the closers to ensure a seamless transition and drive success across the sales team.
- Sales Process Mastery: Learn and master our sales process, from initial outreach to conversion, and execute it consistently with excellence.
- Personal Development Focus: Engage in continuous learning through mentorship, feedback loops, and training opportunities to hone your sales skills.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outbound sales or appointment setting is a plus, but we’re open to candidates who have the right drive and willingness to learn.
- A passion for personal development, coaching, or self-improvement.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable with high-volume dialing (120–150 calls per day) and working in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work on-site (4 days/week) in Scottsdale, AZ (Friday is a flex/work-from-home day).
- OTE: Target earnings for this role range from $55K to $75K+, uncapped commission, contingent on performance. This includes base salary + performance-based incentives.
