Our client, a Japanese Foods Manufacturer is looking for a Outside Sales Representative in NY/NJ area.

Salary : 70-80k base + benefit Packages

Responsibilities

• Plan and carry out sales activities in East Coast, Chicago, Columbus and some cities in Canada.
• Work with distributors to strengthen business partnerships.
• Manage relationships with current customers in those areas.
• Find new customers through networking, cold calls, and emails.
• Give sales presentations to stores, restaurants, and retail clients.
• Create sales reports and plans; join regular sales meetings via Teams.
• Research competitors to understand customer needs and market trends.
• Stay in daily contact with the CA Sales Team.
• Manage inventory at the NJ storage unit and coordinate with CA team.
• Organize weekend product demos at local supermarkets.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in the Asian food industry for at least 3-5 years is preferable.
• Strong knowledge of Japanese Food whole sellers and distributers.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Japanese skill is a big plus
