• Salary range between $72,000 - $88,000, with a target bonus of $20,000

• Collaborate across disciplines to meet revenue targets and drive sales
• Represent products to dealers and co‑ops through on‑farm visits and support
• Leverage existing relationships to grow market share and identify new opportunities
• Understand market needs and communicate how products address those needs
• Ensure dealers have the appropriate inventory to meet customer demand

• 3 to 5 years of experience in sales or agricultural distribution with a 4-year degree
• General knowledge of industry sales practices and product portfolio
• Ability to develop solutions to moderately complex problems
• Strong communication, relationship‑building, and organizational skills
• Works under general supervision with contributions reviewed for accuracy

• Moderate prior experience in sales or agricultural distribution
• Familiarity with Purina’s product offerings
