We are seeking a Business Development Executive to drive U.S. growth by selling custom-built digital banking solutions to community banks and credit unions. The ideal candidate brings a strong fintech or banking technology sales background, existing C-suite relationships, and a consultative selling style that thrives in complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities- Drive new business in digital account opening, retail, and business banking solutions.
- Develop and execute a go-to-market plan.
- Build and advance a high-value pipeline by leveraging established executive relationships.
- Lead consultative discussions to uncover client needs and position bespoke digital solutions.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to design tailored solution proposals.
- Manage the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
- Represent the company at U.S. fintech and banking industry events.
- Consistently achieve or exceed annual revenue goals.
- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in fintech, banking technology, or digital banking SaaS.
- Demonstrated success selling custom-built or highly tailored technology solutions.
- Strong knowledge of digital account opening, onboarding, mobile banking, and core integrations.
- Established senior-level relationships with community banks and credit unions.
- Proven track record of closing new deals, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
- Excellent consultative selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, market-entry environment.
- Deep understanding of U.S. banking market dynamics and digital transformation trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
