Overview

Buildingstars is a national leader in commercial cleaning and facility services. Our Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) are the first point of contact with future customers. This remote, work-from-home role is based in Missouri and suited for someone who is upbeat, goal-driven, and ready to start a career in sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make high-volume outbound calls to business prospects across various industries
  • Engage decision-makers and generate interest in Buildingstars’ services
  • Schedule qualified appointments for Outside Sales Representatives
  • Use CRM tools (e.g., Net Suite) to track calls, contacts, and lead status
  • Send follow-up emails and marketing materials as needed
  • Participate in weekly virtual team meetings and training sessions
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly activity targets (calls, appointments, follow-ups)
Must Haves
  • Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone presence
  • Friendly, upbeat personality with a positive, goal-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Able to multitask between tools/screens while on calls
Nice to Haves
  • 1+ year experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or call center sales
  • Familiarity with Gmail, Google Workspace, and CRM tools
