, you will act as a vital link between our financial services clients, helping to resolve past-due accounts through professional communication and strategic problem‑solving.

• Conduct outbound calls and take inbound calls
• Negotiate payments and settlements in a professional manner
• Track and manage account activity in our system
• Maintain complete and accurate records of all interactions
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
• Collaborate with other team members
• Meet and exceed monthly recovery goals

• 2+ years of relevant collections experience
• Proven track record of top‑tier performance
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills through various channels (phone, email, face‑to‑face, etc.)
• Self‑motivated with a high level of accountability
• Strong organizational skills
  
  Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, goal‑driven environment
• Detail‑oriented
• Computer savvy

This is a REMOTE position, must have secure and distraction free environment.
