- Proven ability to negotiate and overcome objections effectively
- Strong capability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- Must maintain a distraction‑free workspace conducive to customer interaction
- High‑speed broadband internet service with specific upload/download speed requirements
- Experience in inbound sales is a plus
- Proven track record of success in sales roles
- Familiarity with insurance products and services
