What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Engage new and existing customers over the phone through cold calling and proactive prospecting
  • Position and sell a portfolio of solutions, including Safety Forms & Supplies, Compliance Publications, and SaaS Safety Management Tools
  • Develop a prospecting call strategy to uncover new business opportunities
  • Work with a dedicated list of accounts, both active and non‑active, to drive new sales and revenue
  • Maintain a distraction‑free, private work environment while adhering to a structured work routine
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a phone‑based or B2B sales environment
  • High School Diploma required;
    Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong communication skills, confident in presenting solutions
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and a strong aptitude for learning new systems
  • Driven to seek out and secure new business opportunities through cold calling and proactive outreach
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience a high‑energy, fast‑paced sales environment
  • Familiarity with safety and compliance solutions
  • Ability to exceed monthly sales quotas in previous roles
  • Experience with CRM software or other sales tools
