Sales Representative, Inbound Remote – Liberty Mutual Insurance

Join our team as an Inside Sales Representative. This is a 100% remote role based in Arizona, handling inbound calls and warm leads. We offer paid training, licensing in all 50 states, an evolving role that focuses on existing and potential policyholders, and a competitive base salary plus generous commissions.

• Licensed Class Begins:
  February 9, 2026

• Paid training: 16 weeks for licensed hires, 18 weeks for unlicensed hires. Licensing included.
• Training will begin from day one in a remote work environment.
• Full medical benefits from Day 1.
• Schedule:
  
  4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, mid‑morning to evening (e.g., 11 am‑8 pm CST). Minimum 12 months before shift change.
• Fully equipped: all computer equipment provided; must have a dedicated workspace and wired high‑speed internet (min 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload).
• No cold calls; only warm inbound leads.

• Handle inbound calls and consult with potential and existing policyholders on insurance needs.
• Match correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.
• Work independently from home or at office as required.
• Maintain professional workspace and service standards for remote work.
• Engage with the Liberty brand, build customer relationships, and represent company values.

• 2–3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related experience required.
• Strong interpersonal, persuasion and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, decision‑making and organizational abilities.
• Strong typing skills and PC proficiency.
• Property & Casualty license required after hire.

Base pay range: $55,000 – $75,000 per year. Starting base salary may be $45,000 with commission potential. Average first‑year earnings range from $55,000 to $75,000. Top performers can earn over $85,000.
