Base pay range
: $55,000.00/yr – $75,000.00/yr
- Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth.
- Average earnings range from $55K–$75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission.
- Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward, can earn up to $85k+.
Available in Oklahoma, Tennessee, Minnesota, Nebraska, Alabama, and Louisiana. Applicants must reside within these specified locations.
Responsibilities- Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting customers on insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits.
- Convert sales leads into policyholders.
- Adapt well to different environments and schedules.
- 16-week training for licensed hires, 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.
- Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1.
- No cold calls, all incoming warm leads.
- Opportunities for rewards and recognition.
- Schedule of 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day, mid‑morning start. Minimum 12 months before shift change.
- Work-At-Home requirements: professional workspace, wired high‑speed internet 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload.
- 2–3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years required.
- Strong persuasive skills, engaging interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication to prospects & customers.
- Analytical, decision‑making, organizational skills.
- Typing capabilities & PC proficiency.
- Property & Casualty Insurance License required; training will be provided if not held.
