• Provide comprehensive insurance solutions for auto and home
• Evaluate risk and confidently ask for the sale while overcoming objections
• Handle an average of 30-40 inbound calls per day in a customer-facing role
• Work independently while also collaborating as part of a team
• Maintain all state licenses and manage prior carrier relationships as applicable

• Minimum of 2+ years of recent sales experience with comfort in negotiating and overcoming objections
• Sales experience in insurance, retail, or banking is highly preferred; inbound sales experience is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and capability to work in a distraction-free environment
• High-speed broadband internet service with specific speed requirements

• Experience in insurance sales is highly preferred
• Familiarity with customer service best practices
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Ability to adapt to various sales techniques and strategies
• Previous experience in a metrics-driven sales organization
