What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)- Manage inbound customer contacts in a fast-paced environment of a Fortune 250 company.
- Influence customer purchasing decisions by effectively presenting a range of TV, internet, and wireless services.
- Maintain customer relationships with a focus on honesty and integrity in every interaction.
- Collaborate with team members to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a quota-carrying sales role.
- High school diploma or GED required;
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus. - Must demonstrate a competitive spirit, determination, resilience, and persuasive personality.
- Ability to work full-time, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
- Must have a home workspace with wired internet and necessary equipment (smartphone, USB keyboard/mouse/headset/webcam, and 2+ monitors).
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in a high-pressure sales environment.
- Familiarity with telecommunications products and services.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role.
