What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Achieve sales goals for CADDY Commercial Electrical and Gardner Bender business within the designated region
  • Lead sales agents and develop territory strategies to convert new business
  • Build and maintain relationships with key end‑user customers and distributor partners
  • Provide product expertise and coordinate training for key contractors
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage the opportunity pipeline and communicate market feedback internally
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in outside sales
  • Minimum of 5 years of outside sales and/or territory management experience in the commercial electrical space
  • Ability to travel 50-60% within the region and maintain a current and valid driver’s license
  • Experience working with end‑user customers on projects
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills with a collaborative mindset
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with customer relationship management systems, preferably
  • Strong preference for technical sales and value‑based selling
  • Ability to navigate construction projects effectively
