We are hiring Future Remote Inside Sales Representatives! Classes start January 2026.

• Starting base salary $45K with opportunity for growth.
• Average earnings range $55K-$75K via base + commission.
• Top performers >$85k.

Position is for candidates in North Dakota, South Dakota, and Arkansas. Inbound calls and warm leads, consult customers on insurance needs, match coverages, convert leads into policies.

From day one you will begin paid training. All reps must hold a Property & Casualty license; training includes licensing if needed. Training extends 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.

• 2‑3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years sales/service‑related work required.
• Strong persuasive interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication with prospects and customers.
• Analytical, decision‑making, organizational skills.
• Typing proficiency and PC proficiency.
• Property & Casualty Insurance License or willingness to obtain one via training.
