This role is RELATED to a consultative “go-getter” who thrives on meeting new people and understanding their challenges. You will lead our growth efforts with a focus split between sales (75%) and marketing strategy (25%), managing both inbound inquiries and outbound brand awareness efforts.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full sales cycle for website design/development and digital services.
  • Handle inbound leads generated by our organic SEO and referral network.
  • Evaluate our current clients (over 300) to discover new opportunities for improvement and potential projects.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to create proposals; once an agreement is signed, you will lead a successful hand-off to the production team.
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline of project hours to ensure the development team is well-paced.
  • Lead the creation of email marketing, social media content, and general brand awareness campaigns.
  • Oversee marketing budget allocationരണം and analyze data to report on internal marketing performance.
  • Represent CYBERsprout at networking events and learning opportunities to establish our authority in the industry.
  • Continually improve the processes involved with sales and marketing reducing wasted time and to make the most of our team's talents.

    Proven success in sales and surpassing quotas (bonus for web/digital marketing sales).
  • Self-Driven:
    An independent self-starter who can work with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
  • Consultative:
    You enjoy understanding client challenges and showing how we bring value to their organizations.
  • Organized:
    Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize a heavy workload and meet deadlines.
  • Communicator:
    Superb presentation skills and a comfortable presence on video calls.
  • Ability to visit our Alexandria, MN home office a few times a year.
Knowledge & Skills
  • High School diploma (degree in Marketing, Sales, or Web Design is a plus).
  • Technical aptitude with Google Workspace or Microsoft Suite.
  • Strong closing skills and excellent listening/note-taking abilities.
  • Ability to analyze and report on internal marketing data (+bonus; Google Analytics).
Puts You Ahead (Bonus Skills)
  • Knowledge of Local SEO optimization and how it supplements web design.
  • Previous experience with Hub Spot CRM.
  • Familiarity with Word Press or general website development.
  • Experience with marketing and communication automation tools.
