The Inside Sales Representative role at Clickstop (Fasteners Plus) offers a growth-focused sales opportunity within an award-winning culture. This position emphasizes ownership of inbound calls and collaboration with other teams to meet customer needs.
Responsibilities- The Inside Sales approach at Clickstop differs from traditional inside sales. You are the true owner and director of inbound calls for the customer.
- Customer service and account management responsibilities are owned by other teams; you collaborate daily to meet customer needs.
- Progress on an established growth path toward a Business Development Consultant role for interested and qualified internal Inside Sales employees.
- Dedicate ~9 months to developing highly impactful skills and relationships as an Inside Sales Representative before consideration of a role change.
- Collaborate with team members and leaders to develop the skills necessary for future opportunities.
- Gain foundational skills and knowledge to serve Fasteners Plus customers as their key resource.
- Align with Clickstop’s Core Values, mission, and goals to drive culture and business forward.
- Win and lose as a team; as Employee Owners, Clickstop wins when you win.
Note:
there is no commission structure for sales roles, reflecting a team-oriented approach.
- Handle inbound calls directly or connect customers with the best-suited department or individual for the best experience.
- Focus on sales growth and profitability.
- Maximize interactions through upselling, cross selling, or promoting other Clickstop brands.
- Execute daily responsibilities with product and application expertise.
- Take ownership of efforts that impact new customer acquisition, retention, revenue, and profitability.
- Recognize and identify customers’ needs.
- Communicate clearly with stellar follow-up and execution, internally and externally.
- Commit to the brand promise (What They Want, When They Need It) by being attentive to customers.
- Provide knowledge, expertise, and service that stands out from competitors.
- Three years of sales experience or equivalent.
- Willingness to learn new markets and products, take on opportunities, and improve existing methods.
- View challenges and downtime as opportunities to grow and achieve great results.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and channels of communication simultaneously.
- Awareness of strengths of self and team, and how to leverage them effectively.
- Bonus:
Fluency in Spanish

Note: For remote work, internet speeds of 20 Mbps are required. Remote roles are limited to:
Iowa, Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, or Florida. This role is hybrid capable with onsite requirements.
