Reverse Mortgage Inside Sales Loan Officer

, a Fortune 300 company with over 100 years of industry experience. As a Reverse Mortgage Inside Sales Loan Officer, you will work with the Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM) product designed to help retirees unlock home equity for a secure retirement.

Responsibilities
  • Build rapport with potential clients, listening to their needs and goals.
  • Analyze full financial situations and recommend appropriate Reverse Mortgage solutions.
  • Complete loan applications and coordinate with underwriting and closing teams.
  • Close deals efficiently and maintain high call volume while delivering excellent service.
  • Maintain accurate data entry and follow‑up records.
  • Represent the company’s ethical standards and adhere to regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
  • Energetic, outgoing, and persuasive with strong communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to follow up.
  • Strong ability and passion for closing deals and negotiating.
  • Ability to quickly identify a customer’s goals and objectives.
  • High sense of urgency, initiative, and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Skills to handle a high volume of phone calls and basic computer/data entry.
  • Valid SAFE and State loan officer license or certification strongly preferred.
  • Sales experience preferred; college degree preferred but not mandatory.
