We’re searching for a personable Home Sales Consultant to support our prospects from the initial design to final delivery, ensuring hospitality, connection, and precision at every stage of their log home journey.
As a Home Sales Consultant
, you will have the opportunity to build relationships with potential customers nationwide by helping them realize their log home dreams. You must be driven, energetic, outgoing, willing to learn, & organized to manage the entire long-term sales process.
- Goal oriented with the purpose to achieve monthly and quarterly goals
- Work a minimum of M-F 8-5, plus one Saturday a month and an occasional weekend event

- At least 2 years of successful, measurable sales experience, preferably with a long‑term sales cycle
- Proven success at sparking interest, negotiation, and closing business
- Strong sense of ambition, self‑motivation, and self‑discipline
- Proven experience at multi‑tasking in a fast paced and dynamic environment while meeting goals and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, phone, and through presentations
- Adaptability in building and cultivating long term relationships with a variety of personalities
- Knowledge and curiosity to seek the best solutions for customers
- Proficient with O365 (i.e.: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Proven networking skills with the ability to attend events to improve business relationships
- Self‑starter with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Professional appearance required
- Prefer a 4‑year degree but not required
- Have at least a basic knowledge of construction
