Join Medtronic as a Senior EP Mapping Specialist in the Quad Cities region.

At Medtronic, you will work with clinicians, engineers, and physicians to execute mapping solutions for cardiac and other electrophysiological systems. This remote position requires residence within the territory and frequent travel.

• Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on EP mapping systems and CAS products.
• Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters relating to CAS products.
• Promote safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products.
• Support national, regional, and territory sales objectives to achieve sales goals.
• Develop and cultivate customer relationships that generate incremental business.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Regional Managers, and Area Directors to identify sales opportunities.
• Partner with local sales team to conduct customer training for mapping and other CA solutions products.
• Serve as an effective Medtronic CAS representative to physicians and support staff regarding products, service, and support.
• Act as a regional champion sharing expertise and influencing proficiency with mapping technology.

• High school diploma plus at least 8 years of experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
• Associate degree plus at least 6 years of experience in the same field.
• Bachelor’s degree plus at least 4 years of experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.

• B.A./B.S. in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline with at least four years of experience in cardiac field, hospital/clinic, or sales.
• Proven track record with technical training assignments.
• Experience in cardiac catheter ablation, EP lab, or medical sales providing technical/clinical support.
• Ability to travel more than 25% of the time.

• Environmental exposure to infectious disease and radiation.
• Must be within assigned territory each day to accommodate unscheduled needs.
• Occasional travel outside assigned territory and potential overnight stays.
• Valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance.
• Freely move throughout the facility, use phone, keyboard and mouse, visually interact with PCs.
• Stand, sit, and walk for 8 hours a day.
• Travel approximately 25–50% of the time within assigned territory; overnight travel possible.

Salary range: $130,000 – $140,000 (USD).
