Garzor Insurance is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. This full-time, remote position offers an exciting opportunity for entry-level professionals to kick-start their careers in the insurance industry.

• Engage with potential clients through various channels
• Provide detailed information about insurance products and services
• Assist clients in identifying their insurance needs
• Process new insurance applications and renewals
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge
• Stay informed about industry trends and changes in insurance regulations

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Desire to learn and grow within the insurance industry
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required
• Salary:
