Content Asset Specialist - Omaha, NE

• Salary up to $72,000, plus annual bonus opportunity

• Ensure campaign materials are accurate and recommend alternatives for process effectiveness
• Process and prioritize workflow from content creation to execution and storage
• Manage creative assets through a review process to ensure compliance with brand and legal standards
• Collaborate with Financial Representatives and Advisors to maintain compliant social media status
• Proficiently utilize Microsoft Office Suite and company software, including InDesign and Workfront

• Ability to self‑motivate and work well in a team environment
• Exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Proficient in utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with marketing operations, project management, and compliance systems
• Ability to work at the employer's home office in Omaha, Nebraska, in a hybrid environment

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Background as a Digital Asset Manager, Content Coordinator, or similar role with expertise in managing digital assets
• Skilled in using InDesign, Workfront, JIRA, and Confluence, with the ability to educate others on these systems
