Job OverviewThe position of National Account Manager at DCI Solution involves building and maintaining strong client relationships and serving as their main point of contact. You will understand client needs, ensure customer satisfaction, and maximize business opportunities with existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Build and nurture client relationships, acting as their primary contact and trusted advisor.
- Understand client needs and objectives; proactively identify opportunities to add value and meet business goals.
- Develop account plans and strategies to grow revenue, expand offerings, and meet sales targets.
- Conduct regular meetings to understand evolving client needs, address concerns, and provide support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and exceed expectations.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports on account status and progress.
- Monitor account performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
- Assist in acquiring new accounts and expanding within existing ones.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide insights and recommendations.
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or similar client-facing roles, with a track record of achieving targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and account strategies.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to engage clients and build rapport.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Experience in the vehicle insurance/claims industry.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends for strategic planning.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Power BI.
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
- Reliable computer and internet connection; smartphone.
- Work from Home (Full-Time Position).
