InThis Role
- Achieve North America revenue goals and targets for the Cellular Workflow Automation product platform in the assigned territory
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date customer database in
- Generate accurate monthly forecasting for the assigned territory
- Perform lead generation activities including but not limited to eblasts, seminars, work days with business partners
- Attend and participate in regional and local product shows as a brand ambassador for Molecular Devices
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a related Life Sciences discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of capital equipment sales experience selling into the life science or life science industry.
- Must be willing to travel up to 50% under certain circumstances.
- Knowledge of cell line development, cell culture and automation technology is the ideal candidate we need for this role.
- Track record of successful Capital Equipment sales/customer facing experience.
- Ability to travel – 50 % travel, overnight, within territory or locations
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Knowledge of Cellular imaging technology
- Experience with Microsoft applications, , CRM Database

The salary range for this role is $115,000 to $126,500. This role is also eligible for Sales Incentive Compensation (SIC). The total target compensation at plan (base + SIC) is $205,000 – $230,000 annually. Actual SIC earnings may exceed or fall below the target based on individual sales performance. This range may be modified in the future.
