• 2 days in the office, 3 days working from home
• Up to €80 000 - including 13th month and holiday allowance + 15% performance bonus + standard Dutch benefits
• Permanent, full-time contract (12 months FTC prior to permanent contract, as per regular Dutch contract)

5V Tech are supporting an up-and-coming EV charging company that is expanding across Europe and now looking to add a Business Development Manager for the Dutch market. This is a great step for someone who has some early B2B sales experience and wants to grow into larger accounts, bigger deals, and a more strategic sales environment.

• Build your own pipeline of prospects across fleets, CPOs, OEMs, and corporate clients
• Run the sales process from initial outreach to closing
• Support and strengthen relationships with existing customers
• Prepare commercial proposals and participate in negotiations
• Work closely with technical and product teams to shape the right solution
• Attend industry events and take part in market development activities

• Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within mobility, software, or tech
• Interest in EV charging, clean mobility, or connected hardware solutions
• Confidence in building relationships and communicating with senior stakeholders
• Curiosity, resilience, and a willingness to learn fast
• Any exposure to the EV ecosystem, SaaS sales, or technical products is a strong advantage
• Established network within the EV or clean tech ecosystem is a good bonus
