Recognized by the world’s leading car manufacturers with operations throughout North America, our headquarters are in Windsor, Canada and Michigan, USA. We offer specialized controls systems design, electrical controls & blueprint design, PLC & robotics controls design and startup integration, taking projects from design and blueprints through to startup integration and material launch.

We are seeking a dynamic individual with over 5 years of experience in automation-related sales to join our team. This remote position offers an opportunity to leverage industry contacts, sales expertise, and business development skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and expand client relationships within the industrial automation sector.
  • Drive sales of automation solutions, leveraging your expertise and industry knowledge.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
  • Utilize existing networks and contacts to generate new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial automation sales.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.
  • Extensive contacts within the industry, preferably in Michigan or Canada.
  • Demonstrated expertise in business development and strategic sales planning.
  • Experience with manpower resources and manufacturing sales services is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with team members.
