  • Collaborate with the Inside Sales Team to facilitate the sales acquisition process, including building leads and scheduling callbacks to small business owners
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction by responding promptly to inquiries and following up on open quotes

What is Required (Qualifications)

  • Call center experience
  • Personal Insurance and/or Small Commercial Insurance experience
  • Ability to handle a mix of inbound sales calls and outbound communications
  • Strong organizational, time management, and computer skills
