Qualifications

Experience

Required:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in multilingual omnichannel content creation and management, ideally within the hospitality, travel or consumer brands space
  • 3+ years of localization project management experience
  • Fluency or proficiency, both written and spoken, in one or more non‑English language(s), with Spanish being a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and tasks under tight deadlines, and shifting priorities as needed
  • Capable of using tools to draw conclusions and make appropriate recommendations
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally with various internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively with peers and management with minimal direction
  • Strong desire to learn and excel in a fast‑paced environment

Experience Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Foreign Languages, Linguistics or a related field
