This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Consultant based in Marlborough, MA, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging potential customers, providing consultations, and understanding their energy needs to offer tailored solar solutions. This role involves maintaining strong customer relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets. Sales Consultants will play an essential role in building confidence in solar solutions and driving customer satisfaction.

• Proven expertise in Sales Consulting and Consulting techniques
• Strong understanding of Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service principles
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide personalized solar energy solutions
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
• Prior experience in renewable energy sales or a related field is a plus
• Willingness to travel locally within the Marlborough, MA service area
