- Collaborate with various departments to achieve sales objectives and ensure seamless service delivery
- Develop personal sales skills and product knowledge through hands-on experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience, preferably in the agricultural industry, specifically animal nutrition
- Strong customer relationship-building capabilities and strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability and willingness to learn from experienced team members
- Experience in sales within the agricultural sector
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and pursuing sales opportunities
- Familiarity with animal nutrition products and market dynamics
- Ability to work cross-departmentally to achieve customer sales objectives
- Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events
