Job DetailsAs an Inside Sales Agent you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.
What we're looking for- A Passionate Seller: skillfully pick up the phone and use your sales expertise to turn prospects into happy, confident policyholders.
- Front‑Line Liaison: represent the Liberty brand, believe in what you’re selling, and connect customers to the right products.
- Reliable Teammate: adapt well to different environments, schedules, and the varying needs of policyholders.
- Customer‑Centric Closer: care that customers get exactly the quality products and services they need.
- Paid training in a remote work environment. All insurance representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license; paid training includes licensing.
- Training period: 16 weeks for licensed hires, 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.
- Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1.
- No cold calls; all incoming warm leads.
- Opportunities for rewards and recognition.
- Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid‑morning start time. Example 11 am‑8 pm (CST) for a minimum of 12 months before shift change.
- All computer equipment provided. Home environment must have a dedicated desk and wired high‑speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). Satellite and mobile internet not supported.
- 2‑3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years sales/service‑related work experience required.
- Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Effective communication with prospects and customers.
- Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
- Strong typing and PC proficiency.
- Property & Casualty license required after hire.
